CANBIF - SPRING, 2024!!!

My first CANBIF has been dropped off at CP for its journey west by plane to be delivered by a truck, and not a magic bus (final hint ).

Back home now... looking forward to another CANBIF round.

To my sender, I'm a ticker, my untappd profile should have most of what I've consumed. I'm into trying new brews, new breweries, funky, wild, dark, or diabetic causing brews. Surprise me =) Additionally open to meads and ciders.

To my target,.. like this post and possibly you may find some treasures from my recent travels.

 

To my sender: Sorry to my sender for not getting likes and dislikes in earlier as I see I have a box on the way already. Good news is I am easy and like anything well made so I am sure the box is filled with things I enjoy.

To my target: If I can find "The best IPA that Canada makes" I will be sure to include some as extras .

Glad it made it unscathed. There are some personal favorites in there with some standouts for me being Super Duper Saturation, cognac barrel Luna & Fuego and Instant Crush. Would be curious to know what your favorites end up being.

As previous years, I still have the same tasting. I really life Barreled beers like Stouts, Barleywine and sometime Saisons

I've got informaiton about my target and it's the first time with him. The tasting preference is mostly diffrent as me but I will get you covered

There is a box. It is full of beer. And, as always, it is heading east of here.

To a city with a name that rhymes with my own, where one might find some sort of automobile manufacturer, a sizeable lake, and where Bobby Orr used to skate.

 

I haven't released my box yet as I'm still gathering some beers.

When complete, it'll travel west, to a city name closely shared with one in my province.

 

From Western lands, stout and bold,
To Eastern shores, their tales unfold.
Porters rich, their journey spans,
In barrels bound, to distant lands.

*sending some lovely, dark beer east of Alberta. En route.

 

My box has landed last friday at west from me. This is a province I know very well and having a lot of friends. I'm looking forward to see your review!
