bcbvs and king henry

YES, they are really that hard to land.

If you want both you'll probably have to do separate trades.

Cherry Rye + something awesome will probably land you a KH. 2x Black Note will land you a Vanilla probably, or Black Note + ToI etc.

 

I recently posted an iso for. kh, vanilla and ba speedway. I got nothing.
Thought i had a pretty good selection of gots, but i guess not. I didnt even get an absurd offer which was shocking!

I would think that Black Note would trade close to 1:1 on King Henry, and you could probably get a Vanilla for a Cherry+Black Note.

I'd think that 1414 would 1:1 for Vanilla with the right trader. You shouldn't have trouble getting a King Henry for a 1414 straight up, if you do BM me.

 

Considering this one, Vanilla should trade for locals....$4$ of course

 

I got a King Henry recently as part of a larger trade. Originally he wanted 2 Jackie O's bottles including Rum Oil of Aphrodite but he would make up $4$ with locals. Ended up doing Rum Oil + Rum Brick Kiln + Thorogood (BB Scotch Ale) for KH, Mamouche and BCBS '11. Both sides were happy (but I think I was happier...thanks again RyanMcFly1985).

Good beer, but every bottle I've had (~8) has been a monotonic decline from the previous one, last one in November.

I have a trade set up to send BCBVS, KH, a can of abrasive and a 2011 Dark Lord for some Cantillon (Fou & lam), BA Abraxas, 3F Oude Kriek and a Beat 5.

Around two months ago I traded a Hunaphu for a KH and in another trade I traded a Huna and a BCBCS for a BCBVS.

 

I just got a trade in person in chicago mon. Bnote for a KH. Also got about 2 or three more inquirees for shipping trades also. 2x Bnotes for a 1x KH and St. Lam. I never had Vanilla fresh but we had a full bcs vert and horizontal and vanilla sweet boozy mess. Very underwelmed. Wouldnt even bother with that one unless you havent had it before.

 

Cheers, buddy! I love Rum Oil, so I'm definitely happy! I'm also pumped that you have the KH for your bachelor party. I may open my last one at my bachelor party later this year too.

 

Shit, I've read that vanilla + some solid extras to round out the $4$ could trade for a Cable Car. And it seems to be an ongoing theme. So that should shed some light into that. Have heard that its fallen and its a mess, but have also heard that its tits. Big soft delicious tits. So who knows.

As for KH, its pretty fucken amazing. I've had 2, second time around it didn't carry extra kick but was still incredible. Its just such a good beer that people will be very unlikely to trade for it.

 

This ^ is the major point with King Henry...it doesn't matter bottle count, shelf or not, price, all that can be thrown out the window. King Henry just taste so damn good that it's hard to let go of.
