What beer are you drinking now? #4223

Have a good week Advocates,
as an aperitif I brought one of the best Italian blanches according to my taste to some friends who have a pub (more specialized in cocktails):

MC77 (Serrapetrona, ITA) - FLEUR SOFRONIA - Blanche (with hibiscus) 5%

33 cl bottle (€5 at the beershop), new label.
"Lot: L0724 - Best before: 02/2025".
Always fragrant, balanced and extremely satisfying, even with a light acid note that enhances it.
Quick and light drink, but absolutely not banal.
In my personal ranking it occupies second place among the white wines produced by Italian craft breweries, after the splendid FIGU MORISCA( with prickly pears) from the Birrifcio di Cagliari.
They are truly products well made by our craftsmen, I bet many of you would appreciate them.

Today is starting off cool and damp - If I didn't know otherwise, I'd think it was a typical summer day here in the rain forests of NW PA. Today's New Breakfast Beer:



Final Impression and summation: 3.25 Unappetizing appearance. Aroma is not bad. The flavor is so-so. One and done.

Good morning/day BAs! I took yesterday off as a cleanse day. Morning walk and yoga done, it’s coffee time - Coffee & Beer Stout, Alesmith Brewing Company collab with WeldWerks Brewing, and Sweet Bloom Coffee Roasters:



Canned 2/27/24. Poured at 52°. Nose is roast coffee. Taste is coffee and bittersweet dark chocolate. Reminds me of FBS. A very good coffee stout.

Another hot and humid day on tap. I’ll go to the pub for country Monday this afternoon. Cheers and have a great day y’all!
