Night shift manager. This is my 'afternoon' delight. More so rinsing the taste of a regrettable keg purchase from my senses.

Good morning/day/evening BAs! I took yesterday off as a cleanse day. 7am walk in park done (cloudy 76° 88% humidity “feels like” 81°), then some errands run. Home now with my coffee - KBS:



Bottled 11/22/23. Poured at 54°. Almost 6 months in my chiller and drinking fine.

This evening the “Beer Talks” start up again at the pub. Today, one of the brewers from Magnamimous in Tampa with speak, and bring beers with her. Sure to be fun.

Stepping up a little. No sugar or syrup added, 6 kinds op hops and natural yeasting.
They might have added some orange zest. Label is a bit unclear.

Grilled up some Brats infused with Smuttynose Old Brown Dog brown ale (great collab idea with Hannaford), homemade sauerkraut a buddy of mine made, and a fresh organic sourdough boule still warm from the bakery.

Whoa - I’m getting on this wonderful recurring thread halfway down page 1 at 1:34 pm Eastern time??? I don’t know that I’ve experienced that ….. ever.

I’m sitting in the Portland OR airport, waiting for my flight to return home after a great week in the PNW. This beer is pFriem Pilsner, my first beer from that magnificent brewery and readily available at Henry’s Tavern on the C concourse, a place that has an INCREDIBLE tap list packed with PNW beers.

I’m so happy, I could cry, because this is a magnificent German Pilsner. What a wonderful life we beer nerds enjoy.
