8-Bit Brewing, from CA, Citramech ,CO 04/30 is almost all citra hopped with a dose of Simcoe/enigma . Big notes of Citra (melon peach ) has a lingering hop bite , outstanding. Ready for the Wolves game #1

Fun birthday celebration at the bar with my friends this afternoon. Safely home now on the balcony drinking a Fat Head’s “Sunshine Daydream IPA”:

A citrus forward session IPA clocking in at a respectable 4.9%. A perfect beer this hot and humid evening. Cheers y’all!

Exactly - that way I only have to take off 4 vacation days. I'll be glad when this week ends though.

Likely my closer for the evening - it's possible I may have one more ..

Posted this 2 years ago now, but it's still one of my favorite tunes I've written. I don't think it sounds like anyone else. There's actually a lot going on in this tune.

I'm not one of the people who saves up their vacation days - I like to use them. I especially like to tie them into 3 day holiday weekends so I use less. I know i scheduled some time of during the 4th of July week as well. And I always take my birthday off which will be on a Thursday this year so I'll probably take the whole week off - taking my birthday off is a long time tradition for me. Cheers!!

Funny i used to do the same thing, Always take vacation weeks with a holiday tied in .( Labor Day ,July 4th and memorial day). I would than use those extra day for my own 3-day weekends when others were not off , always took my birthday off as well . Had 6 weeks per year and would usually sell one back.

Some of the folks I work with have over 200 hours of vacation at the end of the year that they have to use it or lose it. I try to keep about 80 hours available most of the time. Works for me! I'm glad to hear of someone else who valued taking their birthday off - we owe it to ourselves.

With some help from a great saleswoman and enough lube, I finally got it to work without leaking.
