Met a fellow advocate for a pour at the mousetrap today and it was delightful, per usual. I had the excellent and quite zippy hydriad: Tart saison aged in an oak barrel with whole cluster Niagara grapes grown in Chicago. highly recommend. The nose is divine. lots of great to go options as well. A 750 of saisei/rebirth for under $20? Feels criminal!
