    Really nice IPA from a lager brewer.[​IMG]
    Did something different. Brushed these steaks with oyster sauce, a bit of fish sauce, garlic powder and mushroom powder - oh a touch of mustard powder. I was pleased with the results..not easy for my brain all the time.[​IMG]
