    Finishing off this Full Moon Brewing ( Thailand) Say Play Cold IPA from last night. We ride up the coast to Krabi tomorrow and then some quality beach time. Seafood in Songkhla is stellar

    Nice, I have heard of 3 Shades of Blue, but haven't tracked it down yet...on my TBR pile eventually, that can probably stretch from the moon and back now :slight_smile:

    Good morning BAs! Mrs. Z’s plane(s) from Italy arrived late last night in Tampa and I didn’t get to bed until 1am (two nights in a row!), so I slept in again this morning…coffee time - Bissell Brothers’ BA New Old Stock, Imperial Porter:

    No bottled date. Purchased at brewery April 2024. Oak foeder then BBA. Working on notes for NBW - check it out in a little bit.

    Had a nice lil haul at State Line yesterday on the way down to see the Phils beat the O's in extras. The crowd was great. Rain delay didn't dampen the energy... Really enjoyed this drop. [​IMG]

    ...Scrimshaw is certainly a classic beer...sometimes, picking up a 6-pack of bottles just feels right when one is tired of so many 'new' IPAs and barrel-aged this-and-thats...

    Full review linked below. Bottom line, I'm still not sure if I can identify or isolate Tamarind beyond the twist this beer offered, but I am enjoying what is in the glass and glad I took the jump with this purchase.
