Reggae makes a good pairing with the sound of the waves in the background. A bit of sunshine to go with it would be nice. But you can't have them all.

 

Good Tuesday BA's! Lunch is a grilled cheese with dills and blue chips. Green Bench Turbid 7 is a NEIPA triple dry hopped with simcoe, citra & mosaic. Ten days in the can it's very good. I just finished replacing the blend door actuator in the 03 Durango, I had forgotten how much fun it is working upside down, on your back in the drivers side foot well of a vehicle.....

OG Cream Ale at the Garage in Ormond Beach

 

I am supposed to be at work, but my kid has gotten himself into trouble and have to deal with that today. Before I go, I think I will enjoy a beer. I am cracking open Black Ace from Bevel Craft Brewing. A fantastic Black IPA that recently won Bronze at NABA. No pictures because I do not want to deal with hassle posting one. My only nitpick is I would enjoy a brighter hop presentation, hey I am a bit of a hop head.

At Phase Three. Enjoyed a P3 German Pilsner and a Filipino-cured pork bahn mi. The bahn mi is probably the best I’ve ever had. The beer was solid too.

Now onto a Phase Three West Coast Pixel IPA (Citra). These guys do west coast IPA’s well. Full of unique fruity Citra character, especially pineapple and papaya. Also has tangerine, ruby red grapefruit, dank pine, some citrus peel, and floral. Dry with a solid bitterness.
