Stone IPA x 4. Shout out to @LarryV & @Monkeyknife on their beer selections. @VABA, all BS aside, I would hand him a blank check. He's already shown you that he's built for NY, and you have him batting in front of the league's premier power hitter. Not to mention trading away a boatload of prospects for a 1-year rental. Makes zero sense. Keep him and you have the opportunity to win multiple championships. Peace...
P.S. I'm talking about Soto. Haha!

I have one of those too. Normally use it to keep water for tea warm
Great idea. I'll try that when temperatures go up here too.
    Cheers!

Hadn’t had a Scrimshaw in quite some time so picked this up. Canned almost 11 months ago is very annoying, but it’s still very drinkable. Refreshing even. Happy Friday, BAs!

Rolling down the Pilsner path here with a Kiwi-style: Elm Creek//Drekker Second Breakfast NZ Style Pilsner. It's kinda grassy. Really drastically different than my previous Pinzilzinilzizer.
So, I have to go back up North... to Beaver Bay, possibly next week, to check on my 10 acres and the road that leads to it. The flooding is really severe. Grandma's Marathon this wknd in Duluth might even be cancelled. Cheers!!

My partner decided that Pilsner Urquell was a good choice and wanted her own. I opted for closer shores (much closer).

...salmon smoked very quickly but multiple pieces showed 142 °F, so off they came and the baby back ribs are now doing their thing (hickory smoke)...and, while doing BA duties and smoking, I also have been planting a few more garden plants...specifically, got the penis pepper (yes, that's it's name although more commonly known as the Peter pepper) planted in a container and planted a Big Beef tomato plant in the back raised garden (a gift from Mrs. BeerGoot)...will likely plant some Caramello, Damsel and two Audrey's Love tomato plants that I started from seed a bit late (but, with global warming and such, the plants should produce good tomatoes well into late October / early November)...my first time starting tomatoes from seed (I saved the seeds from last year's crop)...

...just shared some salmon with Mrs. BeerGoot...fantastic stuff...!!!...tender, moist and oily, flaky...been using my usual overnight wet brine (brown sugar, kosher salt, water) and then a dry rub (brown sugar, black pepper, sea salt and dill) and have been very happy with the results...

Some storms heading this way, I don't know if they'll hold together or not. According to my phone, I will see them around the 7-8 o'clock time period.

That's very kind of you! I also have an extensive collection of bottle caps but the same rule applies: If I hadn't drank it then I can't add it to the collection. Sounds like you are collecting some beer stuff yourself?

...I wasn't planning to buy any more peppers, but being a 'good' husband, when my wife wanted to go find some more flowers, I agreed to go...I checked the pepper and tomato area to see what they had left (I bought some tomatoes and peppers earlier from the place) and saw the penis pepper...well, a combination of my stunted juvenile sense of humor plus the need for, perhaps, one more hot chili plant (I wound up buying more sweet than hot chili plants beforehand), I knew this varietal had to go home with me...especially since Mrs. BeerGoot was buying...:sunglasses:
