    Having a Raspberry Funk while waiting for Fedex to deliver my new guitar. I have to sign for it so I'm stuck in the house until they come which probably won't be until 5 or 6 pm based on past deliveries. This beer is okay, not the best sour I've tried however.

    It’s another scorcher so we headed north to the higher elevation of Sussex County to check out Alias Brew Works’ new venue in Vernon. Alias is a joint venture between Muckraker Beer Maker and Two Villains Brewing Co. They both needed new space so built it together. The taplist includes beers brewed under the names Muckraker, Two Villains, and Alias. Cool idea. I’m starting with Fringe Class, a DIPA collab between Two Villains and Brix City. Citra, Nectaron, and Alora hops. Tasty stuff. Cheers!

    What do you Michiganders think of this brewery? I was very impressed when I visited Grand Rapids several years ago but haven’t heard much from them since, no distro here. This one is still delicious, Super Space Machine, a Hazy Double IPA with Tangerine. Who doesn’t love 9% Tangerine juice?
    Man, Plant has had so many great bands, this one right up there. Darrell Scott and Buddy Miller, what? And when Patty Griffin was singing, pure joy indeed!

    Generally speaking y’all Nordics are shiny happy people. Just see the happiest country in the world. It only take those “one person bench” and constant social distancing (not only during pandemics) to make you happy.
