Putting together some roasted vegetables purée. Kind of dreary and super humid out today and it’s been drizzling so I’m probably not going anywhere soon

Trillium Irish Stout, tasty, creamy and medium bodied. I’m getting some roasted coffee and milk chocolate notes. Pleasant drinking and 5.2 abv. Slainte!

Good Afternoon Advocates!

Building up miles finally and had a solid training week with over 20K ft vertical gain, all on local mountains. Only took one day off after Mt. Washington race, so in need of a full rest day today. And beer.

Never had anything I really loved from Jack's Abbey, and this is no exception. Good but not great for my tastes.

Couldn't resist trying out their new Czech Pale Lager tho
