    Soft, pale yellow pour; milky, banana yellow color in the glass, opaque; huge head, white and sudsy, long-lasting; sticky, spidery fingers of foam cling to the glass. Tropical fruit aroma with mainly citrus tones. Mellow and balanced flavor; hints of oats and tropical fruits; papaya and a bit of pineapple; delicate orange pith; mild bitterness. Medium body; acidic; modestly juicy with a touch of dryness in the background.

    It's not often we get Trillium beers here, but it is nice to be able to revisit this beer. I thought the looks improved slightly, the smell came down a notch, with the flavor and mouthfeel as well as the overall scores remaining the same. Looking at my 2020 notes, I'd say the bitterness has dropped a bit, too, but the overall flavor remains well-balanced and complex with all its elements.

    Hazy, dirty peach colored body; fair head, white and soapy, lasting. Kaleidoscope of aromas; floral and fruity; mango and dehydrated strawberries; some citrus, orange and lemon. The taste brings more muted esters and softer fruit presence; semi-sweet; citrus; white grapefruit; nectarine; berry-like; fair amount of bitterness on the back-end. Medium-heavy body; crisp ad acidic; semi-dry at the finish.

    A fine, tasty beer delivering some fine complexity and respectable depth to the palate. Very tasty...

    I'd love to knock back a tallboy of that stuff w/ you while watching the rain. Pause. I do have a gf. I'm just saying that I'm good company when it comes to beer, and I haven't seen rain lately in Cali. I do miss the rain. It's glorious. Cheers, bro!!!

    So few good brown ales these days. I have a new one for tomorrow. Would love to see Founders release Underground Mountain again. A great imperial brown ale. Cheers.

    Almost got a nap in, but my brother called and said him and a few guys I used to work with before retiring were going to Punk Rock Pizza, so here I am. Cherry Lime Golden Ale in the glass, meh. A buttery flavor put the cherry and lime in the background. I've had 3 beers from there now and have only really liked one. Probably going to stay away with better choices in the area, or stick with the one I enjoyed. Cheers!

    That is sadly true. There are two other decent ones I can think of down this way that are made consistently - Jekyl Brewing Cooter Brown and. Pretoria Fields Brown Thrasher. But both of those are American style rather than English.
