Unibroue Saison Libre

Hazy, pale-yellow. Smells heavily of hops.
The taste is unexpected. Soapy grapefruit and lemon mixed with raw veggies, black pepper, fresh cut grass (how do I know how fresh cut grass tastes). I saw a few complaints of it being watery in taste and feel. I think this is to the beer’s advantage.

I don’t think I’d personally seek it out again, but I’d have no problem recommending it. Unibroue surprises me again
