    I haven't had ribs in a very long time. Not because I don't like them I've just had too many subpar ribs.

    Damn, I hate when that happens, good luck!! It's helpful if you test your blood sugar daily because then you can see how you're doing as opposed to guessing. If you decide to do so, I recommend the Accutek Guide - you can get it on Amazon. You would need the meter, test strips, and the lancet device.

    It's really helpful because then you can see how various foods are affecting your blood sugar. None of these require a prescription.

    Tomorrow will be all American all the time :slight_smile:

    For now, Tilquin Oude Gueuze in the glass. Always a classic, and while not a perfect analogy, I look at this in the same light as Weller 12 (which is for all intents and purpose the same as Pappy 12). This is a blend of Boon, Lindemans, Girardin and Cantillon breweries, and just as good as any of the "big boys' so to speak.

    International ECM Jazz spinning...with Enrico Rava (Italian trumpet player), and Dino Saluzzi (Argentinian bandoneon player)...yep this is great.
