Miracle Grow a DDH version of Grow. 6.3%
And loads of melon, peach on the nose and taste. Nice balanced bitterness. Very good brew.

I've been doing them awhile and I also had to do them at the restaurant. Some things I think make better ribs - make sure to remove the membrane because that creates a tough chew. In the restaurant I would smoke for 4 hours than finish wrapped in foil in the oven. Ribs - even more than other BBQ hit that flat time where the temp just stays the same for quite awhile and you have to be patient. So in the rest I would do the wrapped version and they came out fine. These I just smoked for around 5-6 hours and they are nice and tender. Dry rubbed the night before than slathered with my BBQ in the last hour to caramelize the sugars.

My son and I are trying Burlington Beer's Little Wizard Hazy IPA. Good Hazy.

 

Playing some acoustic and having a Wormtown Triple IPA. This is a really sweet and mellow sounding guitar. Spruce top with beautiful flamed maple back and sides with an ebony fretboard, bone nut and saddle.

 

Cheers, man, that deck is coming along nicely, and that Heady inspired me to do this third.
