Light golden color with lasting white cap.

Aroma of sharp generic citrus and floral/spicy hops.

Flavors of sharp, pithy citrus supported by equally sharp hops. Sounds monotonus but the balanced combination actually works.

Medium texture with abundant carbonation.

Overall the lack of sweetness makes for a crisp, refreshing drink.

 

Courtesy pic of tonight's earlier meal: gazpacho. Odd for a pre-4th, but it's been hot, we had a MESS of tomatoes to use, and well, it was great. Toppings there are some egg, feta, garlic croutons, etc. Cheers, all! That gazpacho went great with the last of the Ft George 3way.
