Canceling b/c I live in PA and the only benefits I get are the monthly bottles. in 2023 I ordered some beer and received the discounts but this year I have not ordered anything. I wish the bottles were in a 500ml or 375ml format instead of the 750. I have 30 or so bottles in my basement from when I join in late 2022.

In case it helps make the remaining 30+ bottles you have more manageable... I highly recommend getting a 12 oz Swing-Top (aka Flip Cap) bottle. You can use that to break the 750 up into two 375s over the course of 2 days. Over the course of multiple years I have never once had an issue where the Day 2 beer didn't taste/present as well as Day 1. You do need to take a little care to not pour too hard into the 12 oz botte or you will loose some of the carbonation on Day 1 but that's only ever happened to me when I was distracted.

    Cire Blender's Choice

I haven't been a big fan of the non-adjuncted Anniversary Ales as of late. I didn't like Ivoire to the point where I didn't even try Cristal last year. When Cire Blender's Choice was offered outside of the VIP tickets to the festival (I think that's the only way you were able to get Cristal Blender's Choice?) I decided to give it another chance because of how much I liked BT Blender's Choice (favorite beer of 2022). And I have to say, Cire Blender's Choice was fantastic. Definitely up there with the best of 2024 so far. I went back to order the standard Cire to give that a try as well. Don't think I will like it as much as Blender's Choice but it has at least inspired me to give it another try.

Anyone open an Agave Amigos recently? The one I opened tonight feels like it's got a soft puckery-sour finish I do not recall being there originally. Hope these aren't getting infected. It's still fairly sweet, which I feel usually goes away when bottles turn.

Not a drain pour but I didn't love it. Some people might love it though. I'm not a sour drinker, but the sourness does remind me sours I've tried - lacto maybe? as opposed to brett? Or maybe (hopefully) I'm wrong and this sourness was in the original profile and just happens to be bolder in this bottle.

Hoarders 2024 is tasting alright. The agave shines through too much in the after taste, cool and room temperature. Maybe with some age it will take a back seat.

I’m torn… I always love the packaging/branding for these box efforts but have lost all will to consume non-BA offerings especially predicting what this will cost..

Given the fact that people have no issue paying $35/bottle for the latest hype brewery’s sugar sludge, this price seems reasonable.

    Le sigh*

None of these beers sound enticing. I'm surprised they didn't add a bacon flavored donut, not that I wanted that.

Not ideal, but only $0.33 more per bottle than the old 12/$28 option.

Joking aside, for anyone excited about the Parlor Box, note it's a presale. If you order other stuff with it none of your order will ship until Parlor is ready. Condolences to those who's orders aren't shipping anyway.

Little weird, they’re saying Jujy releases are here so I order bottles and pay for shipping. Then I get an email saying the bottles aren’t ready to ship until 7/9. Wish they would state that up front instead of texting me saying they’re here shop now.

I'd love to see more wheatwines in the near future, Rhymes With Orange is great.

Have not tried it yet. 3.51 on untapped. Not that Untapped is the definative guide. But it might explain why you're not seeing more of them. Low UT ratings probably impacts sales.

The beer I would call out is As Far As the Rye Can See.

Shared it recently. Was well received. And this by a share group that is skeptical of the Bruery.

    This one was quite good.
