Back home safely with a Jai Alai. It was an epic BAventure in Sheboygan!

 

I’ve been wondering how everything I’ve drank so far this weekend compares to what the average Sheboygan BA God had before breakfast on Saturday.
I probably need to keep drinking…

Another roasting in the sun day. Hung my stringers and completed a platform for my next set of steps which should be 2 or 3.
Needless to say this went down like water.

#2, change of plans - no second lager, but a pivot to a rum BA wee heavy that got buried in the beer fridge from January of this year.

Trust me, I’m a trained professional.

This is a semi-local beer (Sun King is in Indianapolis) and this particular beer is working really well with loads of rum barrel, rich and decadent toffee, and stone fruit (dark cherries). I am really digging this.

Sun King beers are awesome.. they opened a brewery/taproom in Sarasota, Florida. That wee-heavy sounds great! Visited them about a month ago.. looking forward to my next visit.. got a crowler of my fave ipa from them for 8$, Cheers!!

 

Really digging this new malty creation from Victory. Decided to try the poor man's Barrel Aged version on this fine Sunday afternoon.







Spent the afternoon in the wood shop and done with power tools for today, this is scratching that malty itch.
