There is not enough authentic Dim Sum in the US unless you go to Chinatown NYC which is where I usually go for Peking Duck and authentic Dim Sum. Sounds great though. I'm jealous. Cheers and enjoy!

Sharing with my brother in law and brother what may be the best beer I’ve ever had.

Back from a HEAVY WEIGHT beer school, nothing under 8% and topped out at 11%. Closing the night out with my go to, Zombie Dust!

 

It's actually tasting really good but for just a slight metallic taste at the end. Except for the floaties it's not super hazy. I think I only drank 2 so this and one to go!

 

Port City Porter.........A very good, no frills porter.

 

Another new one and new to me. An Italian Style Pilsner, named Well Acquainted. A collaboration; brewed and canned by Amalgam Brewing at Bierstadt Lagerhaus in Denver, CO.

Yes, it is worthy!

 

I found out in my early teens I had no musical talent. Took guitar lessons for two years and hardly could do anything involving more than a few simple chords. Gloria. Yep, you remember that three chord song. It was about all I could do.

Weird in that my oldest daughter taught herself to play the piano. When she was in sixth grade she stayed with a sitter after school who had a piano. She did not get the talent from either my wife or me.

Probably not much unlike you my main focus was sex, drugs, booze, and rock and roll. I really did an over abundance of all except the sex one. Seems that was harder to get.

 

Back to this one.

 

How I feel about that last beer.... almost too smooth. FFF/Warpigs did a great job on clarity, but I'd like a LITTLE more bitterness and bite, and a little less residual sweetness....

 

I grew up in Southern Indiana and had a handful of friends that went to what we called “Testicle Tech” Lol.
