    Today’s train beer—

    Drowned Lands- Deep Terra

    1st time I’ve seen their beers around here- pretty good. I’m guessing it’s hazy because of the light bitterness for an IIPA. Pretty good though. Not dated, so I’d like to try a known fresh one, but no complaints

    Hot, hot day! Nothing going on until my Tuesday walking/drinking partner called and wanted to have a couple of happy hour beers at our local brewery, Midwest Ale Works. So here I am. Great Revivalist Parish Pale Ale was a great choice. Midwest Ale Works MAWgarita Lime and Agave Blond Ale was pretty good also. A Margherita in beer form, including a salt rimmed glass and lime garnish. Aaah, refreshing. No photo of the MAW beer.
