So, I have my literal last Parabola in the glass. A 2023. Milo had a little beer finger @beergoot. He is getting old, has started random “accidents” in the house which I fear might be the sign that, well… I’m trying to not be nasty and angry over cleaning messes. He’s been a good fella, and we all get to an end. Almost 1 AM on the East Coast, with a 8:40 AM tee time. You West Coast BAs best be up, holding down this thread. Don’t make me come over there in person to admonish you.

 

That will be my new anchor year for the cellar. I literally have my last Parabola in my glass right now, from 2023…

No, I’m good. I’ll get a couple 2024 Parabolas locally to kick-start a new era of cellared Parabolas. We’ll trade some whack ass stuff!

I just need to find a point in time that matches what you want in your glass. East Coast is a little weird right now, but there are a few players trying to make a stand. I’m looking at Froth Brewing for some crowler goodness. Nobody is really doing straight barrel, but the adjuncts like their Twisted series are refined, not just dessert syrup in your face.
