New day, new week, new thread.

Good morning advocates… starting this one with La Trappe Quad. A good and classic reliable.

I actually have a full day ahead of various stuffs but have two hours left before it starts so I decided to drink this and nap a little after a messy night:

I didn't get home from work until very very late. It's currently after 1 am and I'm winding down my work week and celebrating my upcoming days off with a Timbo Pils.

This beer is normally brewed by Highland Park Brewery, but every year they have a Timbo Week where other breweries brew a version of it. The one I'm currently enjoying was brewed by Cellarmaker. It's sublime.

Nice sketch and open today @Shanex .Enjoy French films, but doesn't ring a bell (the lead in La Professionnel is my guess).

Having trouble sleeping, hoping this will help. I poured into my Delirium Tremens glass in honour of Elephant Day, which is being celebrated at HopLeaf all day, a Chicago Treasure.

There aren’t very many better ways to start a day off than with one of these. Back to back Revolution postings, @ChicagoJ!

Would this count for elephant day?

Very nice, and yes indeed, Tusk qualifies.

Really like their annual Deep Woods releases (Ryeway to Heaven, Deth's Tar, Cafe Deth, Straight Jacket) better then most of their variants.

Speaking of elephants, Roll Damn Tide!!!

Why does Alabama have an elephant mascot?

    Merci, l’ami!

Actually have tried to sketch Jean Dujardin, and I’d agree it’s hardly instantly recognizable but otherwise I’m not unhappy with the sketch.

I couldn't make up my mind on a breakfast beer, so I'm starting the day with some Sunshine instead.

Don't apologize. I’m supposed to be the artist.

In the past, I’ve sketched more successfully Walter White, Harrisson Ford or De Niro in taxi driver. Can’t win them all.

    Happy sunny and beautiful Monday!

Getting back into resto work on the 1963 wood Penguin class sailboat I picked up in late May....Antique Boat Show is in 2 weeks, so need to get my ass in gear - going to varnish the floor and floorboards this afternoon hopefully and give her a trial launch perhaps tomorrow! Hopefully no major leaks!

    Cheers!

Good day! Gotta thank all you BAs for the birthday wishes & cheers. I got nice & loose! Now starting to get back to work with my ****oo music sched. 16-18 songs to learn for Aug 24th show. One is Springsteen's Rosalita which has a mildly complex arrangement. Epic stuff! Time for a beer and finally a review of this gorgeous drop. I love this kind of beer all day & night. :beers: Final can.
Get into this Triptych Citra Pilsner <> A West-Coast inspired hoppy Lager. Cheers!!
