Beer Snacks?

About $8 by me. They had the normal $8 in the meat cooler, but also a pile of $2.99 on top of the cooler right by the cash register. I jumped on the sale.

 

Beer cheese<pimento cheese
My recipe back when I was a chef at a place that served ladies that lunch
2 ½# extra sharp cheddar, shredded

1 C roasted red pepper, well drained, small dice

½ C red onion, small dice

2 C mayonnaise

1/3 C Dijon mustard

2 TBSP white wine vinegar

½ tsp black pepper

¼ tsp Tabasco


Mix all together well and refrigerate until used. Use Duke's for be results.

 

Another snack that used to always have with American lagers back in the 60`s and 70`s were
Corn Nuts! I haven`t had them in many years. I`ve only had the original flavor. It`s been a while, but I do remember they really had a Crunch to them!
