Having a mid-sleep leftover pizza snack and this baseball themed beer before hopefully finishing my sleep. Placing my 2024 2-1 White Sox in person record in jeopardy with plans to hit their doubleheader later today. Could be my last trip to the ballpark for the season.

Pulled an appropriate beer from a must visit brewery everytime I'm in or near San Diego.

Today's New Breakfast Beer is the same as yesterday's, but yesterday I didn't realize it was a separate listing on BA, hence hadn't treated it as a "New" beer.



Final Impression and summation: 4.25 A bit too bitter for my taste. Also, this is my first awareness of a brew having brewer’s licorice – it seems lost in the coffee and roasted (partially burnt?) malt.

Another Wednesday off. Got some car stuff done and took a trip to the library. Now doing chores around the house and drinking a beer.
