Interesting beer - it says it's a sour, how would you describe it? Cheers!!!

 

Brewing Projekt Puff Tart XL Strawberry Lemon Fruited Sour, 5.5%. Pours hazy brick-red with a one-finger light pink head that left wispy lacing. Aroma is strawberry, lemon, and marshmallow/vanilla. Taste is strawberry up front, then lemon and marshmallow, equally sweet and tart, with lemon aftertaste. Decent mouthfeel, overall excellent.

Little chilly in the 60s, seems perfect for a Mortalis / WeldWerks Niflheim. Tastes great. Now I wish I bought a bunch when they first released it and it sat on shelves.

That's a worthy beer to have after a long journey. Only had that one once when it was surprisingly on draft at 3 Floyds back in the day. Still sticks out in my memory as a wonderful beer. Boneyard knows their hops!

This stuff makes gets you going quick. I needed that tonight.

 

It is a sour but doesn't have the attributes of a sour that i don't like,tart,tongue curling sweeat tart sourness.
Actually has a dark fruit,plum taste thats really nice. Does leave a tart aftertaste but not in an offensive way
