Thanks for opening today @Ocalafox as you enjoy my your vacation, and @Jesseix is his as well and @Reef kicking off the jukebox with a solid selection. Yes Vann, Tuesday is typically our slowest day in this thread, and after a holiday weekend I’m not surprised by the late start.

Early Fall weather here as well go under 60F in the overnight hours into a second week. Had a bowl of soup after midnight, and it still feels a bit cold, so going with a cellar pull to warm up.

In re Palo Santo Marron from yesterday’s thread.

Is that old stock or new? I read the wooden vats they used originally had to be destroyed / dismantled.

It is new stock, picked them up early summer when it was released.

I am not totally sure what the story is regarding the wooden cats, but from my understanding they flew in specialists that deal in that wood from the country in South America to fix/renovate the vats.

 

Only 64 degrees this morning. Fall is on the way, so I'll drink a fall beer.
