Off to another, possibly the last, apple picking morning. After the sound of distant thunder all night, today looks hazy and dry. Today's New Breakfast Beer, hazy but distinctly not dry:



Yet another delicious brew from a brewery that is never seen in my area; well, the Deep Wood series is never seen here - too heavy for the pack animals to bring in!

Final Impression and summation: 4.5 This went down fast! The bourbon barrels are less noticeable than in the other Revolution Deep Wood series I’ve had the privilege to consume, but this is still a delicious brew.

Anyway, it is a beautiful day here for once, going to maybe head on over to Equal Parts and see if anything is new, or just some excellent lagers...one of the two See everyone later.

What a find! This must be the definition of an uber local brew, as I've never heard of it. I hope you find more of these little gems.

 

Happy Sunday BA's! Bunch of chores done on a decent low 80's degree morning. The wife goes back to work tomorrow after 12 days off, so I'm hearing a lot of heavy exhaling....retirement comes her way early next year. Second Fiddle for the opener, the kids are coming over so we'll grill more than 2 pieces of meat....
