    I've had insomnia my whole life. BUT right now the worst aggravation is trying to sleep on my back after cataract surgery. Only a few more days to go! Hope you feel better.

    Yeah for my Rotator Cuff Surgery I was sleeping in the recliner for about 2 weeks. My back didn't really like that
