    Good Wednesday BA's A day of solemn remembrance, the 23rd anniversary of the September 11th 2001 attacks that killed 2,977 people, making it the deadliest terrorist attack in history. Also on 9/11 in 2012 members of Ansar al-Sharia attacked the American diplomatic compound in Benghazi resulting in the deaths of both United States Ambassador to Libya J. Christopher Stevens and U.S. Foreign Service Information Management Officer Sean Smith. At around 4:00 a.m. on September 12, the group launched a mortar attack against a CIA annex approximately one mile (1.6 km) away, killing two CIA contractors Tyrone S. Woods and Glen Doherty and wounding ten others. Founders Breakfast Stout.....

    9/11 bows my head every year. Not only does history remind us of the evil that men do.,., my father passed away on 9/11/1975. I was but a teenager, oldest of 4.,. and my mother and 3 younger siblings were left behind.

    So here’s to ALL families who lost someone on the 11th of September, and also to those who suffer within the wreckage left behind.

    I'm back staying up overnights, the midnight show ends in 12 minutes. Don't listen to talk radio, but would if Art Bell was still with us. Never knew what to expect beyond the pre announced / planed theme shows.

    This beer from a solid suburban brewery spoke to me when I opened the refrigerator.

    Passion Flick, a “passion fruit milkshake pale ale” that defies categorization but that nevertheless is pretty darn good (tastes kinda like fig newtons, TBH).

    9/11 and remembrance. A terrible day beyond just the US and NYC, all sane-minded people knew that we were off to difficult times when this happened, here we are 23 years later and the World still isn’t much of a better place.

It blows my mind that we have a large number of people out there serving their country, today, who weren't yet born when 9/11 occurred. (It's also a reminder of how old some of us are lol.)
