An Englishman in Prague...

    Hello! Haven't been back in Prague for 15 yrs, have got in touch with a couple of friends, so here's hoping we'll be able to meet up. I joined 'basecamp', in mucharova, only to find their message, that they're closing from the 2nd Sept to the 3 Oct!!!! (Are they the only 'off licence' to have tables and chairs to drink within?).
    So, if you're in Prague, for perhaps the Sunday gig, a quick reading from a couple of books of mine to some friends and some guitar from Woody... (it might be 'balinbulu' Poet, on Balinbulu road, near IP Pavlova...) By all means be there!

    Welcome to Beer Advocate @charlestempest ! Hope your meetup is closed despite the apparent abrupt closure or notification of closure to your base camp. I've never been to Europe, but perhaps one day I will be able to enjoy the great beers I've read about over the years on Beer Advocate, with a few imports I thankfully get to enjoy.
