Here I was at sunset at the last beach of Baia Santa Reparata (Sardegna, ITA), in the eastern side of the coast.
Alder Beer Co. ( Seregno, ITA) - MORRO BAY - West Coast Double IPA (7,5%)

Expiration: 01/12/2024
Hops: Comet, Chinook CGX (advanced cryogenic technique to separate hops from hop cones, from the producer Crosby Hops from Oregon), Citra, Amarillo, Simcoe.
Malts: Pils, Cara, added sugar.
Yeast: American Ale

I'll just say that as a non-big drinker of double IPA, this one absolutely captivated me.
It doesn't seem like it.
It seems like a 6% IPA, with a vivid, fragrant and invasive taste without ever going beyond the notable balance that guarantees the drink.
The lips remain a little sticky (there is also sugar in the recipe) and the tropical and ripe citrus taste lingers on the palate for a long time.
In my opinion, a Masterpiece.

Levendulás, a lavender wheat beer from Zirci monastery brewery in Hungary. Kinda like a lavender witbier … really interesting. I’m digging it.

It has been raining cats and dogs in Budapest today. The river is something like 3-4 feet higher than it was a couple days ago

My visit to the Isle of Man had to be short but it was super fun. The Okell's Manx Pale Ale above is absolutely delicious for a 3.6% beer.
