Contemplating grilling with an Allagash Tripel. I'll try to be a little less organized tonight for @TwilightBeerCareer Grilling at my dad's tonight but when I'm at home I'm usually grilling for 5 of us but there's a lot of leftovers for the week. Love me a chicken salad for dinner. Cheers!

Best beer name I’ve ever had in an airport “Norm’s Raggedy Ass” flying back finally from Detroit to DFW

 

Yet another beer that I thought would be good for NBW, but turns out I rated it a few years ago. Enjoying a 12pack all week though.

 

Breakside/Westbound & Down Cowboys & Poets WCIPA (HBC 586, Mosaic pellets and cryo, Simcoe, Columbus cryo). Big lime sorbet and zest, ruby red grapefruit, passionfruit, tangerine, some raspberry, slight blueberry, slight apricot, significant herbaceous dankness, pine resin. Bright, clean, and hop saturated with a dry and nicely bitter finish. Awesome stuff. Wouldn't expect anything less from these two breweries.

Next up is Smoke and Mirrors, a DIPA from Revision Brewing Co. It's hard to go wrong with Citra and Mosaic with some spicy Amarillo. Cheers!

 

New Galarus IPA w/pulled pork, pickled onions, mustard, on sourdough. Oh yeah.

I bought this beer in Ohio back in July. At just under 90 days old, the beer has held up well, but I wouldn’t push it…still hot and sunny outside, so my big ass fan is blasting away as I gear up to steam some crab legs…Cheers y’all!
