I cant say im not going to get buzzed tonight. Cleaning the fridge and tinctures. Oh boy.

 

It’s been a while since I last had one of these IPAs.

 

Every now and then I just can't resist a cheap-ass fatty steak.

My go-to guilty pleasure is a choice chuck, dry-brined with Kosher Salt + MSG.

Raining tonight... so this one was done in the cast iron.

Oh, and Urquell of course!

Possible closer is a Root & Branch Fear DIPA that is tasting great. I'll keep an eye on the radar and maybe grab a small stout pour before crashing.

 

Just finished one of these myself. It’s a toss up between this or Fat Heads Hop Stalker as my favorite Ohio Wet Hopped IPA.

Love the name. You should save the can for posterity. We used to get a lot of Forgotten Boardwalk cans up here in North Jersey. But it stopped a couple of years ago. It's a shame because I liked some of their beers and an appearance by the 3-Eyed Cat was always welcome. Cheers!

First sips are promising and likely the most papaya forward IPA Ive ever had. Nice one!
