Anyone know of any easy stops along this route that would carry enegren cans?
Or possibly other standout spots.

referring to anything along the dark blue route option.

@bret27 I think Holiday Wine Cellar in Escondido. They have a top shelf selection.

 

You might check the Trader Joe's markets along the way. Looks like there are locations in Escondido, Temecula and Murrieta among others. Many TJ's that I've been to carry at least a couple different Enegren cans. https://locations.traderjoes.com/ca/

 

I’ve noticed the same in my area (Torrance). A few months ago it was mainly their pils on the shelf and maybe a seasonal here and there. Lately I’ve noticed a wider selection with my local spot carrying The Lightest One and seasonal consistently. If they could slide in nighthawk then I’d be set with TJ as my lager hub.

 

Just had a chance to try Duchess brewing's farmhouse table lager called Aery and wholly holy shit! I could drink 3.4% beers like this all damn day. Never seen it packaged but something like this in semi reasonable 6 or 12 packs would be a constant in my fridge

 

I was going to Enegren last week but went on a bike ride instead.
Maybe I can slip by this sunday.

Did you try it on draft or only got cans?

 

I’m only seeing this brewery available in Gardena, LA, & Culver City. I don’t think I’ll be going through any of those. If you know of anywhere else to find it lmk.

 

Cans. Only time I have them on draft is when Green Cheek gets a keg or 2 in. One of these days I will make the road trip to Enegren.

 

I've seen Saint Father (and maybe the kolsch?) at Trader Joe's, not sure what their distro is like but if you're stopping into a TJ it's worth a look. I also randomly saw Saint Father at the local Grocery Outlet Bargain Market yesterday, first time I've seen any of their stuff there.

 

Where did you find that?' I'll be in NY next week near that brewery (Dutchess county) and will keep an eye out for it. Even in their local area it isn't well known, so 12 packs are probably a pipe dream unfortunately. Based on their website distro info it looks like they have very wide distro but I think they're a small operation with no taproom. Interesting model.
