D.B.X.O. Grave Jacket from Revolution. A blend of Gravedigger Billy and Straight Jacket aged in bourbon and scotch barrels. Almost too much of a good thing; still quite tasty.

Brew Your Mind Stereo Vision DIPA. This is one bitter bastard! Quite different from their normal hazy tropical stuff, but I like it.

Ooooh, how is that? I love me some Black Butte, and I do appreciate the craze for NA beers the last couple years ... is it worth picking up?

 

The dogs have had their walk, my wife is taking a class, and I'm drinking this nIce porter from Lizard Tail.

From a 16oz can. No date on the can.
This beer is a light golden pouring and murky looking. Thick 3 finger white head. Frothy looking and it has great lacing on the glass.
The aroma is tropical. I get a good pineapple hit off this beer. I also get a malty/grain hint in this beer.
Taste - Tropical in nature. I get a great pineapple hit off the flavor. There's a slight sweetness to it. I also get a good earthy flavor in this beer.
The body is fairly light. I do a bit of a juicy feeling to it.
Not bad at all, and I'm glad I bought it to try.

An orangey Hazy Lite - I like. We are done with the house/garage. John sold his ne of his motorcycles “as is” with flood damage today, so his mood has brightened. FEMA came this afternoon and verified/submitted approval for his claim. I’m going home for a shower and a nap. Cheers y’all!
