My favorite coffee stout ever.

 

Well, these are Tabasco peppers, not sport peppers, but close enough. I harvested a few dozen that are in the fridge waiting for a few dozen more to fully ripen. Then pepper sauce it is. And this Hop Butcher clear beer is delicious. Cheers!

Little Beast Fresh Hop Pinetop IPA (Centennial, Mosaic, Chinook). Those breweries out west know how to make a fresh hop beer. This one is full of that earthy, resinous fresh hop character, along with plenty of ruby red grapefruit flesh and peel, herbaceous dank, some orange peel, and slight lemon. Crisp and refreshing hoppy goodness.
