Just got back from an afternoon fish fry with the Mrs , big delicious pieces of cod with a Banquet.

 

Those look perfect.

 

Some Delaware lovin', this shah is one of those under the radar beers that was quite a surprise. Highly recommended!

My only concern is you might not have made enough?

 

Only my second beer that used Anchovy hops. Just like the first I get watermelon candy on the aroma and taste. This beer is very enjoyable.

Firestone walker Cali squeeze hefeweizen. Amazing. Aroma of huge blood orange juice vibrancy and light spicy yeast. Taste of huge blood orange, lemon, pear, red apple, peppercorn, light banana/clove, wheat, dough, herbal, floral, grass, yeast earthiness. Lt med herbal bitter and spicy yeast finish. Lt med body and med high carb. Crisp clean refreshing and flavorful finish. Min warming 5.3%. Not as banana heavy as other hefeweizen, but the super vibrant blood orange taste makes this one of the best hefe I've had. 4.4/5
