Have a great Saturday. Got a wedding to party at today at 2pm. Going to dress up as Torgo from Manos the hands of fate from mst3k.

Starting off this early morning with a holly jolly that been sitting in my wife's car for about a year. Canned 10/20/23 A bit of molasses melanoidin notes but the spice balance is really mellowed! I've got plenty of old beer to drink soon!

Watching South park on TV through my chromecast. Not tired right now. Only drove for a couple hours but we left after 10pm.

7/31/23 can. Remarkably similar to the xmas ale I just had. Just a bit heavier body. Otherwise the same with no molasses. Warming 9%.

Still recall attending the White Sox game where the sound system DJ guy was fired the next day after playing this song while Chuck Finley was warming up for his start, after getting his ass kicked a few days earlier by video vixen Tawny Kitaen. Tawny was previously married to lead singer David Coverdale. She also dated O. J., and survived.

Thanks for the wellwishes @Ozzylizard , @TwentyDimes , @mickyge , @Danmullens1 and anyone I may have missed. Feeling much better now, enough to enjoy this banger courtesy of Dave @Blogjackets from our Summer trade in Sheboygan.

Listening to Next by Michael Crichton and its good but not great. Supposedly a satire of his usual style which is interesting. 3/5

Haven't had some 2018. Found in SC. Great ipa. Classic big centennial on the front with citra and galaxy in the background. 5/9/24 can. Still tasting delicious and fresh.

Another trifecta for me. Added the beer, upluaded the photo and reviewed the beer.

A refreshing light summer beer. Although listed as Berliner Weisse. I find this one closer to the Gose style. Very good.

Half Acre Benthic 2022 2x4 Imperial Stout with 2 x Dark Matter Catuai (washed, Guatemalan) whole bean coffee and 4 x hand-toasted coconut. Aged in a blend of bourbon barrels ranging from 9 to 16 months. Still drinking mighty fine. Loads of coconut macaroon, dark and milk chocolate, Mounds bar, creme brulee, vanilla, slight coffee bean, roasted malt, oak tannin, bourbon, cherry cordial. Outstanding.
