What beer are you drinking now? #4398

I have to say, I'm actually glad this isn't available year-round. I'd go broke.

 

I like and have fond memories of drinking that in Feb/March Superbowl. I can't get over the hump of its past seasonality.

 

Paulaner Oktoberfest Marzen (5.8%): A German Marzen with flavors of smooth bread, caramel, toast and brown sugar.

Excellent Marzen. Of the three I'd rank
1) Paulaner
2) Hacker-Pschorr
3) Spaten

Settling into and enjoying a cold and damp fall afternoon. Looking forward to a promising MNF matchup tonight

 

I tried that brew.. thought it was mid as well. Cigar city's red ipa is HEAD AND SHOULDERS above this one.. cheers!!

 

Zombie Ice next up and watching Fulham v Brentford recorded from earlier. Cheerio!

 

I must have another beer! Arcobraü Coronator Doppelbock. Prosit!

 

Back home with a Celebration while waiting for MNF. Hopefully the Buc's will put up a good fight tonight.

On to a Shoe Toss IPA here at Wander. I liked the OG version with Rye quite a bit, but this is still a good WCIPA.

 

I just love this beer.

 

Oooo. The Wookey's back! I'll be on the lookout for that one.

 

Wanted to like this one more. A tad thin and the flavors are muddled. Still not terrible.

Moving on to a beer I enjoy, that red IPA was just nasty - I ended up tossing most of it. Aroma reminded me of nail polish remover.
