First beer I've been able to smell as I poured it in months.

I miss all the fresh hop ipas that used to be available. Founder's was a personal favorite. Cheers all!

 

Fridge cleaning that started Friday took a little pause over the weekend. Time to get back to it, and grab a beer the need to get outta my fridge - so I picked Ocelot's Outta My Head.


Very easy voting today, as I believe Virginia is one of the states with a pretty high percent of early voting. I heard Northern Virginia led things, as well, which makes sense given the normal traffic snarling around the area. It was pretty smooth sailing along those lines, as well, as I found out picking up the GF from the airport today (no school always helps).

Pfft.... I'd be going more animal style on that pile of yummy cow than Teddy!!

I love Pernicious, so when I saw this iteration whilst in Florida, I had to grab it. The flavor profile is “tropical juice box hazy,” with oranges, mango, passion fruit, and grapefruit. It would make a good “beer fridge hazy” IMHO.

 

Second beer from the Shiner "Home for the Holidays" mixed 12 pack. Nothing real special, but I'll give it my nod of approval.
