Which is a bummer, I liked stopping in there whenever visiting Paso Robles but bummed that I never was able to make it for Firkin Fridays. Chuck is a very cool guy from the couple times I chatted with him, having lived in SD for a while in the early 2000’s it was nest to hear his thoughts on the craft beer boom there. I do hope he decides to try a new venture at some point.
That's a bummer. It was a cool spot to visit. I can see how it would.be a tough size brewery to operate these days. Hope Chuck finds another cool project to be a part of
Wishing Chuck and everyone associated with Silva Brewing the very best future. Being that I live about 250 miles from their location I was only able to stop by twice. Both times Chuck was there and was extremely nice to talk with.
sad to hear silva was always a must stop when in paso robles and chuck is a good dude. wishing him the best in whatever he does next
Sad news. Always stop there when I'm in Paso. I'm heading up there in a few weeks for a Firestone event so I'll have to stop in one last time.
Major bummer. Chuck had a good thing going up there, especially with going up against Firestone, Barrelhouse, etc. Always stopped by and had a pint and chatted with Chuck when he was there. I loved the random bar that the brewery was attached to as well haha. The first vintage of wine I tried up there too was great. Chuck has always done good stuff. Hoping the best for him and MJ. Side note, I know it was really hard for Silva to get distro in So Cal. They sent product to Scout numerous times, and it just didn't resonate with our portfolio ever. Total bummer. Would have loved to work with them on the distro side.
