My favorite local porter is no longer packaged normally, but I was stoked to see a fresh batch on tap and had to get a crowler of it. Great beer that's a little more on the soft chocolate end of things vs the roasted malts end. Really wish I could still get this in 6 packs

 

Drank a can of this new Allagash porter last night. The Chocolate and Orange flavors are well balanced

 

Had Cimmerian Portal from Stone Brewing today on tap after a hefty pour of IRS.
Tasted like a muted version of IRS

Excellent Baltic Porter with coffee

 

An autumn staple for me for a few years now (along with Bell’s Special Double Cream Stout but wrong thread for that). This is just a great beer, period. It is an excellent example of a porter though. Less hoppy than something like Edmond Fitzgerald which I prefer. Cheers!!

 

This is the first that I've seen this beer in 2-3 years. It's in 4 x 12 oz. bottles this time (I think it was $15.99), and is tasting every bit as good as always.
