Thanks - that sounds like a good base recipe - I bookmarked it - I would probably use hot Italian sausage or a blend of sweet and hot. I like that it's not a tomato based pasta recipe. Thanks for sharing - enjoy!!!

I’ll never forget the look on my then girlfriend’s now wife’s face the first Thanksgiving she ate at our house. Escarole soup, antipasto, lasagna, pasta and meats. She says to me “ don’t you guys have turkey for Thanksgiving?” I said “ it’s coming” She goes how do you eat all this? I said pace baby, pace, it’s a marathon not a sprint.
