    @Shanex If my work schedule keeps going on like this, my start might not be that rare. I just hit the sag yesterday after finishing the beer... and might be doing the same today...

    This is a mid-October canning - one full month older than the other cans I picked up recently. It's much smoother for my palate. :slight_smile:
