Quick side topic; has anyone been getting constant alerts for Oznr from Phase Three and then you go and there is nothing there? Been happening to me all week.

As long as you're ready for a 10 year old sour that may or may not have originally been a stout.

Yeah, several. I'm wondering if it's new batches of Ambassador invites and OZNR is being weird?

That's what it is as someone posted on a group on FB about it and Lauren replied saying it's an OZNR issue and she has also been getting them.

I appreciate all the sentiments here. I'm relatively easy going, I'd think, so I just really wanted to pick up my bottles when they said they'd be available and be on my way.

I get it that it's likely a tough environment now to operate in as a small brewery, especially with multiple locations, so I tend to give benefit of the doubt. Some places have closed down one location (Half Acre, Revolution) while others have closed down entirely due to cost of operation, finding personnel/labor force and just general demand for 'high end' craft beer seemingly being down. So, I understand incidents like this can happen. But I think their e-mail was a bit dismissive of my inconvenience.

I've been a big fan and supporter of Shaun since the S'more Luv days at Ram, but this issue is having me second guess my decision to re-up for the 2025 membership and will certainly impact my decision for 2026.

The pickup windows are a sore spot with me for every brewery I've been a member of, so I feel you on this.

Phase 3 is reading this thread, and they’re fully prepared to make this right.

Free napkins will be offered for all food you purchase. Water pours will also be on the house. Sorry for the inconvenience…

Midwesterners don’t care about napkins. Ranch on the other hand…they go ape shit for ranch.
