New Year’s Eve Beer Lineup

I am going to pop a bottle of 2014 Cantillon Gueuze

 

Staying with family for New Year’s. Parents are huge wine people and almost never drink beer, so they’re having Dom 2015.

My sister and her fiancé are visiting here too and prefer beer, so for the 3 of us I’m thinking of finding a nice lambic, saison, or Trappist tripel/quad/strong ale. Not sure which - honestly, I’ll probably pull up the BA top list for these styles and see what’s available at the local grocer on our next shopping trip before NYE.

10 year mark seems like a good time to open

 

May need to open my BCBS 2013, honestly kinda though I like keeping in limbo. Can’t be disappointed if it’s bad, can’t be sad I don’t have any left.

Keeping it simple. I’ll go with either Lagunitas Sumpin’ Sumpin’ or Smithwick’s Red Ale.

-Korbian Double Bock
-Cigar City Cosmic Crown
-Celebration IPA
-Hopslam IPA
-One of the Goose Island Stouts, haven’t decided which yet

 

And how do you know what butt tastes like?

 

May have some Utopias or Utopias BBA World Wide Stout.

 

Might have a bottle of The Bruery's Black Tuesday 2024 Blender's Choice. If I don't drink it tomorrow anyway. Wasn't planning on anything special for NYE.

Nothing special, but the fridge has Maine Lunch, Lawson's SOS and some stouts.
Gonna try and empty it and go dry January. Gotta lose some weight. My son already wrote Jan 17th on the maker board as the day I will probably have a beer.
