No rub. No sauce. Just salt.

I could eat about a thousand of these things. Melt in your mouth.

    I am caveman!

You nailed it again Mike on the oysters. 6 was way too little a serving.

Can't be many of these left in the fridge - it was a blind reach on the lower shelf. Still tasting fine though.

Another one of these. Debating if I have the fortitude to fry the trout I bought today.

I agree. If they were not so good I would have been happy with just six. But they were too good!!! Twelve would have been perfect.

I wonder if the folks at the small seafood store I go to think I am so old that if they don’t hear my order assume an old man was asking for this.

I agree. If I find some seasoning I will add that.

Took my car across a small gully of snow and both the car and myself are without a scratch. I need a beer after that. [IMG]

Happy Tuesday and Happy birthday to one of my best bros @RaulMondesi . We need to hang out again soon.

I had a Lowes interview that went great yesterday, sounds like a good way to get off my feet and make some money. I have been devastated before trying to hype up getting a job, so I won't keep my hopes up. I also got a recruiter calling for a product development job in Morrisville. 1 hour commute but whatever, I told them to put me in for it because I'll be ghosted for that too.

We went to Jersey Mike's and the Buffalo Chicken Add Bacon and Pickles is top notch! I love their crispy bacon.

From @Ozzylizard Rusty Rail Birthday Suit. A very nice milkshake cream ale? Aromas of big vanilla, ice cream, fruity sprinkles, grain, herbal hop, some yeast earthiness. Taste of big vanilla, ice cream, cake batter, fruity sprinkles, cracker, pine, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Moderate pine, herbal, grassy, citrus peel bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and body. Creamy/bready malt and lactose, lingering sticky resinous hop drying on the finish. Minimal hop astringency. A little too bitter in my opinion, but the flavors reminded me a lot of a cream ale on grain and yeast flavors. Plenty of lactose/vanilla dessert character. No complaints. 4/5

It wasn't totally blind because I knew I had some Celebration in that general area, but it's obfuscated by other beers . I love that tune as well, tune just rocks!!! Billy mastered that lip snarl :sunglasses::beer::beers:
