IPA Appreciation Thread (2025)

Joining @Nugganooch a day later in enjoying this tropical beer, it is more than worthy of your consideration, especially if you enjoy a nice bit of bitterness in your IPA adventures.

A friend gifted me with this RR Blind Pig last week. I've always wanted to try it, and it did not disappoint. It has everything I look for in an IPA: stunning appearance, huge notes of citrus, pine, and grapefruit zest, perfect balance, and insane bitterness. Well worthy of its world-class rating here IMO. Bottled October 2024, still awesome!

 

Its an amazing IPA for sure. Somewhat underrated/overlooked with all the fanfare and glory usually going to PTE.

 

My favorite of the "...Little Thing" series from S.N. Finally found a 6-pk at Sprouts after looking for more at several SoCal stores.

 

Been blown away by the stuff coming out of Test Brewery in Brooklyn. Still a pretty small output, but pound for pound they can stand up to anybody people would consider in the top tier for modern hazy/New England style IPA.

I realize it looks a little darker here in the picture than IRL, more of a straw/pale yellow.

 

Imperial IPAs as a daily driver is quite the statement.

 

I don't buy this very often, but it is enjoyable!

Was craving some hops today and went searching for a stovepipe of Bell’s Two Hearted. All out so settled for this although I’m not so sure I don’t like this better…
