Happy Sunday BA's! 4 mile walk complete and now grilling a little lunch. Sockeye salmon for later, steak and lamb chops for lunch in a bit, Jai Alai.

Thanks! For a Triple I should have used a chalice as per BA glassware regs, but I was in a tulip kind of mood. Plus it matches the coaster drawing.

 

Good morning BAs! Up early and errands run…home now with a little coffee - 50/50 Brewing Co.’s Eclipse Garrison Brothers Bourbon Barrel (2024) Imperial Stout:



No bottled date. Poured at 53°. Bourbon nose/tongue. Dark chocolate. A little vanilla as it warms. Outstanding! Working on notes for NBW.

I’ll meet friends this afternoon at a Bills sports bar on the beach. Should be lots of fun. See y’all later, and have a great Sunday!

 

Late breakfast, “dad farting around outside by the smoker”. Central Waters French Toast Stout, a Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout, with Maple Syrup, Vanilla and Cinnamon. Perfect farting-around beer.

From home it’s 3 miles to Head Hunter on tap at the brewery. In grad school it was a twenty-five cent bus to Great Lakes. Dismissed as coincidence?
